What was your original motivation to start Kyudo?

I wanted to learn archery. I found Kyudo when doing a web search. It combined archery and martial arts traditions. Since I've been studying martial arts for most of my life it seemed like a good combination.

What do you now enjoy most about Kyudo?

The draw and kai (holding the draw).

What is your favorite movie?

Tie: Lord of the Rings Trilogy / Star Wars

What is your favorite book?

Right now: Harry Potter books.

How would you describe yourself in 5 words or less?

Happily stubborn while easy going.

What other Martial Arts have you practiced? 

Shito-Ryu, Shotokan, Uechi-Ryu, Jujitsu, Kobudo, Jeet Kune Do

What are your other outside interests and hobbies?

Poker, Violin, Video Games, Movies 

If you could meet someone (dead or alive) who would it be and why?

Thomas Jefferson or Leonardo Da Vinci. It would be amazing to see these geniuses work.
